CUSTOMER SUPPORT

Our customers are extremely important to us. Our products are not possible without you. If at any time you are not satisfied with any products purchased, please let us know so we can aim to solve the issue.

Although full refunds may not always be possible, we will always aim to rectify any dissatisfaction with coupons or further guidance and support.

Please, however, note that we are a small social enterprise with only the best partners and products, carefully selected to be a part of The Expedition Project.

REFUNDS

We want you to be 100% satisfied with any course purchases, however please bear in mind that our courses form part of fundraising for the projects they support therefore please do consider this when requesting any refunds.

Refunds on all courses are available on a pro-rata basis within your first 30 days of purchase - your refund will be calculated based on the time you have held the course and the amount of lessons you have viewed.

Please note: By submitting tasks and/or extra credit assignments your name will be added to the source list, however, your content will become open-source content and can be freely edited without your permission.

COURSE SHARING

Sharing of courses and course content is prohibited.

We enable login tracking to monitor courses access and use. Should we find that you are sharing your course access your account may be terminated.

Please respect that these courses are designed to support collaborating organisations via a social enterprise model and should be treated as such.

PROJECT SHOP PRICING

We reserve the right to change our prices without notice.

Discounts and specials and related coupons may change or be removed as we feel necessary.

ONLINE COURSE EXPIRY

Courses are available for 365 days unless otherwise stated.

Subscriptions may not give you access to all content immediately.

COUPONS

Our coupons are valid until the date specified unless cancelled earlier in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. If no end date is displayed, the offer is valid for the specific item whilst it is visible on that item’s view item page.

Should we have to remove the validity of a coupon either before the date specified or because no date was specified then we reserve the right to do so.

Coupons are for use and purchases on theexpeditionproject.com only.

Coupons are not transferable for cash or other credit.

Store credit may be void if used once even if the entire credit amount is not used.

Only the intended recipient of a coupon may use it. Should an unintended user use a coupon then we reserve the right to request payment for the coupon amount.

We welcome relevant and respectful comments and topics. Off-topic comments or spam will be reviewed.
